Maths & Humanities Tutor

Lily studies Maths, Further Mathematics, and Physics at A-level, and brings a well-rounded perspective to her teaching from her work across both maths and humanities. She completed a 5-week course on the Mathematics of Morality, exploring how mathematical thinking can tackle real social issues and climate change — proof that maths extends far beyond the curriculum. She also worked as a Junior Data Analyst, so she understands exactly where the maths you learn in school actually goes. Her goal in every session is confidence. Students come in thinking maths is an annoying school subject they have to survive. They leave understanding why it matters. GCSEs: 9,9,9,9,9,9,9,9,9,9,8,8.
